Traditionally, Instructional Design involves producing documentation pertaining to an analysis, course design, and even a curriculum. Click each button below to see an example template that I often begin with when taking on a project.

I have experience in delivering training through various means. Each situation may require a unique delivery mode. Below are some of the main modes.
ILT/VILT:
Best used for delivery of "soft skills" or when there's a need for an emotional connection such as team building. Also best for a co-located audience.
CBT:
Best used for "hard skills" with a dispersed audience or minimal budget. Interactivity has some limitations.
Micro:
Ideal for Sales people since this is easily consumed via mobile device and chunked into small snippets. Can also use links to larger reference material.
Blended:
This approach is great for completing prerequisite learning before a workshop, e.g. the flipped classroom--Learners come prepared for a discussion.

An LMS is used to house published courses so one can implement training, track learner progress, and measure that training's effectiveness. Below are examples of different platforms I have recently used.
