I grew up in Northern Illinois, and I have always had a passion for learning, so I set my sights on education early in my career.

I began instructing while in the U.S. Navy, and then followed my dream to college to receive a degree in Education. I soon found myself working in corporate/adult education and pursuing an advanced degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University (Go Hoosiers).

My passion has grown to not only include designing/developing online learning, graphic design, and coding websites, but also strategic initiatives within a learning organization as well as Sales Enablement. 

I have become a contributor to the learning community by practicing within many industries as well as participating in conferences addressing the training, performance, and development professionals.
